Free ride reward

I've subscribed to the Free ride mission. I've played three different free games ( Smite, Warframe, Gwent) over 5 hours each , yet i havent got my rewards for it ( 1000 credits and 2 VIP) . Ive completed this challange more than a week ago....

Can you help?

I'm doing the Free Ride quest to get the rewards, and I played the whole month Paladins, Smite and Fallout Shelter, 3 different free to play games as requested
since the beginning of the month but I only got two stickers showing! Is one of these games doesn't count or my hours playing are not being computed???

 

Hi Luypie. Below are the total hours played for each game that we have for you:

Gwent: 2:23

SMITE: 4:37

Warframe: 0:28

Have you recently played anymore time on them?

 

Weird cause my xbox achievements say

warframe : 4 days 17u 29 min

and

smite : 5u 23 min

that's a big difference

 

That is a huge difference? I'm experiencing the same problem and have a post open for this.

 

Hi Luypie. Thanks for your response. We are investigating. Is your gameplay hours that you see just from October?

 

XBLRewards3 are you able to do the same for me, with regards to checking the game play times. I'm interested to see what hours you have for me as I have 3 games I have played for 5 + hours and they have not shown up for me on my punch card?

Ok so thats where the problem is. It' s my general gametime for those games. Nevermind than.

Can i just say that the rewardsmissions leave a lot of room for iterpretation wich often is misleading (at least to me). Can you tell me where i can give my feedback regarding the rewardssystem ?

 

I agree. Going forward, I think the exacts/specifics need to be a lot clearer.

 

Btw: Gameplay hours for smite are only from october so thats been different
