Free Ride Not Counting

So I've been on 2 of the Free Games constantly since the new months Free Ride, and I know for a FACT, I've been on both of those games for over 7 hours.. How do I know? Because I can tell time, and look at the clock and see that I've been on for hours each
day since, please just admit your system has trouble tracking time, and that it needs to be fixed, and my 2 games need to be added o I can move on to a 3rd. And don't say "It says here you have this much time" Trust me, I have more then the required, just
fix it.

The second and the third game doesn’t counts (Free Ride)

Hello, I'm having problems with counting the second and third games for the conclusion of the free ride, I've played the Paladins (second game) and the Fortnite (third set) for more than 5 hours and nothing.

 

Free to play games dont compute muito game time

I am trying to get the free ride mission on Xbox rewards....

I have played Neverwinter, clicker Heroes and Path of Exile for more than 5 hours each, but it is not counting for the rewards.

What must I do to get the prize?

Am I doing anything wrong?

Is there any way for me to see how long I've been playing those games?

After reviewing your account, and seeing that you have completed FREE Ride for previous months, we were able to determine a potential issue with this month's FREEdom that may be related to a data issue we had earlier this month. We are currently deploying
