Free Ride Mission question

FREE Ride:

Earn 1,000 Rewards Credits and 2 MyVIP Gems every month by playing 3 DIFFERENT digital Free to Play titles featured in the Microsoft Store for 5 hours each over the course of the month. That’s a total of 15 hours of playtime total, and if you do not meet the
5-hour playtime requirement for each of the 3 games, you will not earn your Reward.

FIRST

Last month I received the 1,000 Rewards Credits, but didn't not receive the 2 MyVIP Gems.

SECOND

I played the same 3 Free to Play titles I play in January, 5 hours each in February. But has not counted as completed. Does the all caps (DIFFERENT) in the FAQ section imply that each month need to be a different 3 Free to Play titles???

Hello SSGojeta,

We see that you received last month's gems on the 10th of January. You may have confused those Gems with this month's Gems, which only were placed recently.

Regarding this month's FREE Ride, there was an issue with FREEdom that was resolved on Friday (the 9th). We see that this offer is now completed and pending in your account. The all caps "DIFFERENT" is just to alert you that the time must come from separate
titles, not all in one title.

As you request, we will not lock this thread, but cannot guarantee a prompt response. We lock threads since they can become moved around in periods of heavy traffic and users have issues finding them again.

Maybe I confused those gem. But last time I had looked my gem count ended with a 0. Well that's great that I have both months Credits and Gems. Thank you.

Featured Monthly Missions

This includes our featured monthly offer on the site (past examples include Xbox University and XOXO Rewards; these offers usually feature separate Rewards Credits amounts for buying select content, avatar items, and completing achievements, plus an extra bonus
for completing all of the steps).

Does "Free Ride" count as a Featured Monthly Mission?

Hi theunit. To answer your question from a different thread. Here are the play times we have for you:

Adventure Pop 1:39

Crossout 0:04

Fallout Shelter 6:09 (there is currently an issue with this game and tracking it's usage)

Frozen Free Fall 2:44

Pinball Arcade 0:04

Pinball FX2 0:37

Pinball FX3 3:00

Powerstar Golf 6:48

Prominence Poker 3:45

I have prominence poker down as over 6 hours and frozen free fall at higher than you have stated.

Is this possibly because I have played these games in the past before this offer? Does the 5 hours in total have to be solely done in October. This may explain the difference in these 2.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently investigating with our web and platform teams to see why you have not been awarding progress for this offer. We'll update this thread once we know more.

Do we know how long this will take to look into?

The Xbox LIVE Rewards forum staff check in on the forums Monday-Friday, so they won't be able to provide further details until at least tomorrow.

Still no reply? This is very frustrating!

Thanks for the effort but I have already read that about 5 times over and it still does not explain my original question. It's been 2 days now since I did over the 5 hours and nothing still showing on my rewards account under the missions section. I hope
I have not wasted my time.

Ah ok. My misunderstanding then. I thought you were also seeking clarity on how the time is counted.
