Free Ride mission question

Hi theunit. To answer your question from a different thread. Here are the play times we have for you:

Adventure Pop 1:39

Crossout 0:04

Fallout Shelter 6:09 (there is currently an issue with this game and tracking it's usage)

Frozen Free Fall 2:44

Pinball Arcade 0:04

Pinball FX2 0:37

Pinball FX3 3:00

Powerstar Golf 6:48

Prominence Poker 3:45

I have prominence poker down as over 6 hours and frozen free fall at higher than you have stated.

Is this possibly because I have played these games in the past before this offer? Does the 5 hours in total have to be solely done in October. This may explain the difference in these 2.

The Xbox LIVE Rewards forum staff check in on the forums Monday-Friday, so they won't be able to provide further details until at least tomorrow.

Hopefully this helps a bit on understanding how the offer works (as I have no way to look into the backend for the progress the staff are looking into)

FREE Ride:

Earn 1,000 Rewards Credits and 2 MyVIP Gems every month by playing 3 DIFFERENT Free to Play titles featured in the Xbox Store for 5 hours each over the course of the month. That’s a total of 15 hours of playtime total, and if you do not meet the
5-hour playtime requirement for each of the 3 games, you will not earn your Reward.
You must first opt-in on the main FREEdom home page to participate in the FREE Ride offer. This offer resets on a monthly basis, with the offer period starting at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the month and ending at 23:59 UTC on the last day of the
month.

Thanks for the effort but I have already read that about 5 times over and it still does not explain my original question. It's been 2 days now since I did over the 5 hours and nothing still showing on my rewards account under the missions section. I hope
I have not wasted my time.

Ah ok. My misunderstanding then. I thought you were also seeking clarity on how the time is counted.
