FREE Ride Games

Hello,

You responded to a post I created not too long ago regarding an issue I had with the FREE Ride mission - thank you for addressing it by the way However, the link you gave me to the list of free games not only does not feature games like Gigantic which
feature within the promotional images for the offer, but also contains at least one (Pinball FX2) which is no longer available on the Microsoft Store. Do we have to highlight the games that we play (i.e. Gigantic, Fortnite Battle Royale) for 5 hours that are
not currently on the list in order to receive the overall reward? Also, will that list be amended in order to provide more clarity into which games count? I would assume that every one that is listed as free-to-play should count, even if they are not on that
list.

Also, I am pretty sure that I have played over 5 hours of Pinball FX3 this month, will that count as one of the stamps as it is a free game?

Free ride games

How come there are more games in the free play section on the Xbox games store part when actually on the Xbox, as opposed to the smaller list on the Xbox rewards website.

For instance, pinball fx2 is on the website and the Xbox store when on the Xbox itself, but pinball fx3 is only the Xbox store under free play games, not 9n the website list when you go into free play section.

Do they both qualify? I'm confused?

We see that you are above five hours of play time in Powerstar Golf. Digging deeper, we found 34 minutes in Paladins, 3 hours and 30 minutes in Prominence Poker, and four hours and one minute in ROBLOX. Keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive
and process new information, so if you recently had additional play time, we would not be able to see it at the current time.

So far you have been punched for Paladins and Prominence Poker. We will again adjust for Pinball FX3, which should complete this offer. We are still awaiting feedback from the team working on this offer, but they have reported that Gigantic
is being tracked, and Fortnite: Battle Royale is not being tracked for this offer due to it being part of a currently paid game, Fortnite. Since Pinball FX3 is not on the Free to Play page, it is still not punching, and we are still awaiting feedback from
the promotional team on including it. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
