Free Ride games not completed?

I downloaded trove after I opted in to the Free ride myMission and played it for 8 hours, but I didn't get the game 1 badge thingy on the challenge. Is this a glitch or does it take time to update?

Free ride games

How come there are more games in the free play section on the Xbox games store part when actually on the Xbox, as opposed to the smaller list on the Xbox rewards website.

For instance, pinball fx2 is on the website and the Xbox store when on the Xbox itself, but pinball fx3 is only the Xbox store under free play games, not 9n the website list when you go into free play section.

Do they both qualify? I'm confused?

It takes us up to 96 hours to process and receive information. Since you only registered into that offer two days ago, it sounds like your play time was only done in the past 48 hours.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have adjusted that account for completion of March's 1, 2, FREE and FREE Pass offers. However, you had insufficient play time since your registration on March 26th to complete FREE Ride. The only game you had five or more
hours of play time in was Warframe.

Since that would be well before the end of the offer yes. Since it takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending, you won't see them until after the promotion ends. If you don't receive them after the 96 hours, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards

use this list for future purchases. However, even with this playtime, you did not complete FREE Ride. You only had roughly 4.7 hours of play in Marvel Heroes.
