Free Ride from January - no Gems, no Credit

We see that both the Credits and Gems were added to your account. You can see the Credits currently pending on your MyRewards page, and the Gems will be a part of the total at the top of your vault page.

After investigating your account, we found that your adjusted FREE Ride gems from December were added successfully. Since the FREE Ride events on your statement do not have months associated with them, it was the FREE Ride event added to your account on
January 29th. Your FREE Ride Gems on February 4th were actually from your January FREE Ride. Due to the 96 hours processing time, it only was awarded the following month.

Regarding your Gamerscore gems, we have recently identified the issue with Gamerscore calculations, and are deploying a fix shortly. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this delay.

Hi blueberry4sale. You were awarded 1250 Credits for your first purchase, and 1000 Credits for the Free Ride offer. Those are pending in your account at this time. As smwutches pointed out, you received the correct amount of Gems.
Looks like you account is working properly and Credits and Gems have been awarded correctly.

Maybe I confused those gem. But last time I had looked my gem count ended with a 0. Well that's great that I have both months Credits and Gems. Thank you.

Does "Free Ride" count as a Featured Monthly Mission?

We see that you received last month's gems on the 10th of January. You may have confused those Gems with this month's Gems, which only were placed recently.

Regarding this month's FREE Ride, there was an issue with FREEdom that was resolved on Friday (the 9th). We see that this offer is now completed and pending in your account. The all caps "DIFFERENT" is just to alert you that the time must come from separate
titles, not all in one title.
