    FREE Ride and Gold Dust


    Hello,

    I have checked my stamps for the FREE Ride mission and only seem to have been credited for two despite playing Prominence Poker for over 5 hours before today (I even played for an hour or so last night to make absolute certain, but I know I have played for
    longer than 5 hours before then).

    Also, I am 100% certain that I have played The Witness for a lot longer than 10 hours to secure the Gold Dust in MyChallenges. Could you please look into both and let me know whether I will be awarded with either of them.

    Hi SupreemeeD. The two offers that involve game play is the FREEdom Rewards Free Ride offer and the Gold Dust MyChallenge. For the Gold Dust MyChallenge, you must play 10 hours of a Games with Gold title 3 months consecutively. We do not see this on your
    account. For the Free Ride offer, you must play 5 hours of three different Free-to-Play games within the month. We do not see this either.

    We only see five or more hours of play time for the games ROBLOX and Powerstar Golf. Currently, we only see 22 minutes of play time for Prominence Poker. If you have only recently played this time, please allow 96 hours for us to receive that activity.

    Regarding the Gold Dust MyChallenge, we see that you did not have enough play time for a featured title in February, so you have not had three consecutive months.

    GWG Gold dust not unlocking

    Hi Shulamm. There is currently a delay in processing playtime for Free Ride. That will be updated by next week.

    As for the Gold Dust MyChallenge, We logged in Marlow Briggs and Shadow Warrior, but since Back to the Future was available in December, it was registered as December gameplay instead of January. We are reconfiguring and will reprocess this and Back to the
    Future gameplay will be recognized in January as well. Once this happens you should see that you've completed Gold Dust. Look for the change to process through in about a week. Thanks for your patience!

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a delay processing that caused it to go beyond the normal 96 hour processing time. We see that your FREE Ride offer completed, and that your Gold Dust MyChallenge has been done since the 11th, but is not yet showing
    up on your MyRewards page to claim. We are investigating why this is occurring with our web team.
