    Free rewards Not Working


    This has been going on for more than a month. When you try to redeem the free rewards for coins and tickets, the Microsoft ad hangs when it gets to 14 seconds and you repeatedly get an error message saying that your purchase can't be completed. Can you please
    fix this. It is frustrating. I understand having to watch the ads if you don't want to upgrade to premium but at least make sure that the ads and the purchase process works!

    Rewards not coming through

    I have a few pending rewards that have not come through at all though I have completed the task's. My last reward was said to be glitched/not working in some way so could you please look over all my offers and missions.

    I have completed:

    Microsoft Films and TV-Triple Feature

    Microsoft Films and TV-Movie Marathon

    Freedom Rewards-Free Pass

    Freedom Rewards-Free Ride

    Freedom Rewards-One-Two-FREE Punch

    Recently I have started the xbox reward scheme and have completed a survey and also have purchased a free game but have not received my points how and why is it not working
