Free Rainbow six Siege

I had a Gold code I was going to redeem last night. Once I got onto my xbox one, I saw a promo for a free download of Rainbow Six Siege with a Gold subscription. There were two options. One was "buy subscription" and "enter redemption code" or something
like that. I entered my Gold code and was successfully subscribed to 12 months. However, how do I receive the game? I contacted support and they have no record of that promo. Thanks for any assistance.

Rainbow 6 Siege downloaded when it was free now asking for disk after it didn't need it before.

Rainbow Six Siege was free to play for gold members only for a period of time. In the end of the said period you have to purchase the game in order to keep playing

Codes for that offer will be sent by December 15, however, in order to qualify for dashboard promotions, you have to purchase the gold directly from the ad. Prepaid codes are not eligible. The payment screen is just a default payment screen which will show
the redeem option, but per the terms in the offers you have to pay for it online.
