Where did you purchase Quantum Break? If you purchased from the Xbox Store, please send me a private message with a link to a screenshot of the purchase from the Microsoft Commerce page.

Hey Steve! All of the Quantum Break codes are redeemable on an Xbox One but they are all intended for a PC download of Quantum Break. When you install Quantum Break on the PC do you get an specific error codes or messages?

I did noto received the download code for Quantum break for PC!!!!

On 2/19/2016 on the Microsoft Website, I pre-ordered Quantum Break For Xbox One for $59.99 and was supposed to receive the PC Download of the game for Windows 10 Free.
