Free purchases not working

The five free tickets and the 20 free coins you can purchase by watching an ad. I click on these multiple times and keep getting a purchase error stating it can not be completed at this time. Seems when I click to activate the purchase the ad does not come
up to watch. Please fix this.

Free Purchases Still Not Working

I reported this - about three weeks ago - that the free purchases (tickets, coins) are not working in Microsoft Bingo.

I have reset this app but it made no difference. And I thank Mister Mascot for his reply but I uninstalled and reinstalled and it made no difference either. Considering that other people seem to have the exact same problem I am thinking
this is something on Microsoft's end. A fix or solution would be appreciated. I no longer play this app anywhere near as much since it isn't fully working.

 

Purchase not working

I have the same problem with my 12 month live purchase.

 

I agree. I have tried to access since 0600 PST. I received the daily gift but cannot get free coins or ticket.

 

Same here. Happens at least once a week where I have to keep clicking and eventually it will start the ad. Today, I can't get it to start no matter how many times I click it. So frustrating.
