    Free Pass Not Working Continued


    I recently contacted support on the issue of my purchasing over £24 of buyable content in the free game-Fallout Shelter. However, I got the response that only one purchase was found and that it can take up to 96 hours for the purchases to come through. It
    has been over a week and a half since I made the purchases and I have not received the reward. Please Help

    Hello dansmudge135,

    We only see one purchase of 8.37 GBP on January 1st. Please note that it can take us up to 96 hours to receive and process new information, so if your remaining purchases for Fallout Shelter were only recently made, we have not seen that data yet. We have
    also received your other purchases of a Made Bundle and Gwent in game currency made on that same day.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We will investigate this issue with another team to determine if there is an issue with your purchases. We have looked up your account via another source and can see that you made three separate purchases of Bundle of 40
    Lunchboxes at 8.37 GBP on January 1st, for a total of roughly the 24 GBP you describe. Can you confirm that these are the purchases you are referring to?

    Your friend can get a free Xbox Game Pass trial (a month I believe) in which they can play with you. However, after the trial ends he will need to purchase the game or continue a game pass subscription to continue playing it.

    It's being added to Game Pass for PC today so you will be able to play it for free with Game Pass. You would still need to purchase it if you want to continue playing without Game Pass.

    With free play weekends the games are on free for those dates. If you haven't bought the game or don't have game pass, you would need to do so in order to continue playing.
