Free month xbox game pass

Judging by the OP's username, I suspect the free 7 months is the thing with the Central Bank of India (I think it's called that) and their changes to online payments resulted in MS offering 7 months free..

Since you already have a 12 month subscription of Xbox Live Gold , when you add your FREE 1 month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate that came with your new Xbox One S console to your account it will convert it to Game Pass Ultimate. So you would get 12 months of
Game Pass Ultimate (previously Live Gold) + 1 Free Month = 13 months in total of Game Pass Ultimate, if my understanding of it is correct.

What ever amount of months your Xbox Live and Xbox Game Pass added together is how many months of Game Pass Ultimate you get plus 3 extra, not to exceed 36 months. (Game Pass Ultimate deal buy 1 month for $1 get 2 months free).

You get the full amount of subscription months before you upgrade.

After you upgrade to Game Pass Ultimate you get less amount. See the table that Christyna64 posted.
