Free Month XBL, Dumbfounded...

How many people are as confused by the free month XBox just sent you via message for putting up with the flaws and problems with Halo:MCC?? I got one and am MAJORLY confused. They will give us a month free for dealing with a game that is playable without
Xbox Live, though far from enjoyable. But, for several consecutive days in a row on BOTH 360 and One, Xbox Live has been intermittent or non-usable at all and nothing for that. I have several games (i.e. Destiny) that rely solely on this increasingly flawed
service. And guess what? NO COMPENSATION for not being able to play ANYTHING online but a month for still being able to play a game offline. 60$ for one game you can still play but 500$ for a whole system that's useless with the PAID subscription….hmmm.
Xbox live members since it's creation and they have yet to say anything about what they're going to do for ALL their customers who have been *** over the past week. Kudos for a step in the right direction but far from making this wrong right. Like or comment

a free X1? um no. but maybe a free year of XBL or one of those "day one" XBL 12 month cards but no not a free system.

Soooo MS is trying to keep their customers happy with a flawed console and flawed games? Doesn't seem like that recipe could be effective.

 

Perhaps you should read the terms & conditions you agreed to:

It`s the culture these days, everyone wants compensation for the slightest little thing.

Bring back the days when if you had a problem, you lived with it until it was solved. All the old values have disappeared.

 

Daft badger, that says 'occasional', I'd say it's more consistenly having problems then occasionally.

 

it was the multi player matchmaking that was the issue and for them to give us a free month among other stuff,

 

Xbox live was down for a few hours xmas day,only the 2nd time that's happened in the 11 years I've been on live,i'd say that's occasional.

There's been some issues with the marketplace,friends list while they tinker with the servers but live itself has been working fine.

 

I was still able to connect during the lizard squat outage. The only time I have connecting w/ XBL is when my ISP is down.

I suggest looking through the support pages first to rule out that the issue is with you before going on the forums to rant about how their service is never working. If it's never working then how does it explain the millions of people (including myself)
to be able to play fine ?

 

So demanding compensation is a trend nowadays
