free month trial and a month prepayed profile not allowed on xbox live ??

hi ive got a month free trial but couldnt connect so i bought a prepaid card and it signs into live but when i try play game live it says "profile bot allowed on xbox live " can anyone help me on this cheeers

Problems playing Xbox Live

I just made an account for the free gold month trial and when I try to play live on call of duty mw3, it says the current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live. Please help!

i bought this xbox off my friend and i tried to sign up for the month free trial but when i go to play online it says "this current profile is not allowed to play on xbox live " plese help

While looking you up on the website, it does not show the "Gold Member" icon next to your bio. Have you redeemed the prepaid card on jo5h grey? Or have you redeemed it on another account?

Said account? You mention no account and "j05h grey" does does not have a Gold subscription.

If you haven't already, try redeeming it on *josh grey* through this website. If it says the code is consumed, you may have redeemed it on another account.

Hi, you are offered a free month trial of gold only when the profile is created on the console. When you are offered the choice of joining live if you decline you are offered a free month trial. Up to three profiles on each console are offered a free trial
and then the offer is no longer made.
