    Hi, my Dashboard is offering me a free month trial but I'm not able to redeem it on my Xbox. When I tried to click next it doesn't proceed. I tried redeeming this on xbox.com (the offer isn't visible unless I sign in) but I have the same problem. How do

    Anyone not buy certain games in hopes

    they will be free later this year or next

    Like Hand of Fate. I made the mistake 2 years ago buying Magic Gathering and a few months later it was free for a month.

    Anyone think a game like Resident Evil could offered as a free game for Gold users for a month?

    Any games you guys holding off on in hopes it will be free?

    I tried both of the ways to fix this, but they didn't work. The error code 80070057. I'm thinking I need a credit card, nut I do not have one.

    I'm sorry to see any issues trying to take advantage of this promotion! These are generally targeted and not for everyone. To help you out, I will need pictures of the promotion on your dashboard being advertised with your gamertag visible. In addition to
    that, I will need images or a video of what happens when you attempt to redeem it. The video would need to be uploaded to a file sharing site like
    OneDrive to share here.

    It will be helpful to see the promotion from the website, too, however we'll want to dig into the console promotion first.

    I have the same problem on xbox.com. I enter payment info and it loops back to asking for payment info.

    Yes, the Commerce site lists both my credit card and paypal.

    I initially tried an online chat, but they said they couldn't help and I'd have to use the promotions forum.

    One thing I noticed is that there's a Terms & conditions option in
    this screenshot
    . Can you click on that button and get me one last screenshot of those listed clearly? This will be something required for the team that will look into this. I deeply apologize for not noticing this last week. >.<
