    Free month of xbox one gold earned no code shown to redeem 1 month free gold please help


    My Xbox one live account is showing I have a free month of gold. But there is no code shown in emails, my other codes for rewards I've earned are included in the same box . This is the only one missing. Please help

    I am not able to redeem a promo offer for 1 free month of Xbox Gold. I tried support and am being told that I don't qualify. Someone please help.

    That said though, if you find any games you really want on Games with Gold then go get a 1 month code. You can go to xbox.com to redeem the code on your PC/laptop/phone to redeem the membership, then "buy" the games with Gold games for free from the store. That way, when you get your Xbox in September you'll have some games ready to go, over the month you'll get 4 games (2 X1 and 2 backwards compatible 360 games) and 1 month costs less than one game, so if it's even 1 game you like that month will be good value.

    UPDATE: - I just spoke to MS support over chat, they basically cancelled my gold ... then emailed a 1 month xbox live code to me. I thought they were giving me a free month as compensation but it seems theyve kept the money, cancelled the gold and then sent
