    Free money from downloading Xbox One games?


    Okay this is very undetailed but idk where else to ask about it.

    Since I got my One i have been downloading all my games digitally, anyways once in a while I notice like 10-20$ randomly appears in my account, I use a debit card for all my purchases yet once in a while I get "free money" in my account. This has happened
    around 4 times now and I have only had my One the past 2 or so months.

    Any ideas what is happening? It kind weirds me out, It's cool and all but weird.

    Someone stole money from me

    Someone has gotten into my account and spent money from my account also I had no idea of this. The money went to a game called Watch dogs 2 a game I don't even know I notice last week when I was downloading a free game a downloadable content from the game
    so I was confused. Can anyone help me get my money back and to set my xbox one back to my home xbox

    Are you a member of the Rewards program? That's the only way I can think you would be getting free money.

    I don't think so, every time i tried signing up for it it just wouldn't work. Although I suppose it may have worked with out me realizing it.

    EDIT: YEP I successfully signed up for rewards a whole back without realizing it. Thanks bud

    Yep, the Xbox Live Rewards programme gives you some percentage of your purchases back, amongst other things.

    Yep, the Xbox Live Rewards programme gives you some percentage of your purchases back, amongst other things.

    the free games is a great idea. Why? It saves me money from buying games , and makes it easier for me to put that money towards the Xbox One.
