Free Microsoft Games - WORDAMENT

Have you contacted the game developers on this? It could be an issue on their side and not on Microsoft

Are you having to start from the very beginning (like is all of your progress lost/has it been reset) or are you simply just being loaded in on the first world/level of the game? Also, by level are you referring to playable level/puzzle or the player experience
points?

A simple remedy may be in just making sure you're signed into the Microsoft account associated with your game's progress. Should you have not been signed into an account that would have saved all of your data, if the app had been deleted it may have accidentally
removed that data.

In recent memory, all of the Artifex Mundi point and click/hidden object games have free trials and the achievements works on those free trials. I used them as a boon to boost my Gamerscore, as well as the free games on Windows such as the Microsoft Casual
games like Wordament and Solitaire.

Microsoft Ultimate Word games is a set of 3 games, which includes Wordament for PC. Where the one on the phone is just Wordament, hence why it's different.

I'm not entirely sure if any leaderboard feature in Wordament has been removed with a recent update.
