Entered the code multiple times. Still does not work. I guess nothing is free really is true?

EA one month free access and 'battlefield1 ' code isn't working.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues downloading your copy of Limbo. If you open up the email on the Xbox One you should see an option that says Redeem Code. Click it and it will set up the download automatically for you.

If you entered the code already and it accepted the first time then your set

FYI limbo isn't out yet its a preorder code for when it does come out

It is still free just not available yet

Ngocphi, although it is a preorder code a lot of people were able to immediately download and play the game.

When I tried entering the code manually it kept giving me an error, but after I clicked the "redeem now" text in the message it worked. I would try that, and if not than just call Xbox support and they'll be able to help you out.

Gotcha. I was too wrapped up in other games and things to ever get around to it. Friend of mine was playing on his iPad and made me think of it. I wonder if support would reissue one or not.
