Free limbo code deleted?

Discus and support Free limbo code deleted? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I am guessing the Xbox one automatically deletes old messages after sometime?     I am guessing the Xbox one automatically deletes old messages after sometime? I had recieved a message with a free code for limbo and just got around to checking it out and the whole message inbox was empty? I've tried chats but kept getting disconnecting
    before I can speak to someone. Any ideas?

    Received a message through Xbox live with a free code for limbo. The message has expired and I need a new code. Please reissue. Thanks.

    Yep, auto delete after 4 weeks I think.

    Gotcha. I was too wrapped up in other games and things to ever get around to it. Friend of mine was playing on his iPad and made me think of it. I wonder if support would reissue one or not.
