Free Kinect adapter hasn't shown up

has I have the forza Xbox one upstairs in my office, when we bought the Xbox one S for the living room, I applied for the free Kinect adapter it's been eight weeks now and still no joy, feel like Microsoft don't care about customers loyalty but making a
profit only

The free Kinect adapter offer expired some time in March 2017.

If you completed the application for a free adapter before that time, you can check with
Xbox Support (phone or chat) to see if there's any progress being made on it so far.

There is a USB 3.0 adapter for the kinect. They will have a free adapter program. Anyone with an existing kinect serial number can enter into a website for a free adapter if upgrading to a s model.

Please follow the steps below to request an adapter from support. Just a heads up that you'll need the serial numbers from your older Xbox One, the Xbox One S and the Xbox One Kinect in order to get a free adapter.

So turns out that my 360 says I own it digitally as well (probably from the free days it was there) but it hasn't shown up in Backwards Comp. Is there any fix for it?
