Free Gold Titles that Stop Working

When I switched from month to month gold to a year long membership. Some of my content stopped working. One of the games was Plants vs Zombies Xbox 360 version. The support service provided by Ayanna Patrice P. Microsoft Employee was not at all helpful.
She made no effort to trouble shoot or compensate me. All she did was look up my purchase record. Of course there is no record of my purchase, as I got it free as a gold member. I showed her that even on wikipedia there is record that it was provided for
free to members. After 40 minutes of her not assisting in anyway. I asked to work on this with her manager. She wasn't cooperative and for 15 minutes argued with me rather than transfer me. Finally, she agreed to transfer me. Then after 10 minutes indicated
her manager was not available to call back later. She also refused to transfer me to another customer support agent.

I welcome Microsoft to respond to this post.

Free games attained from the "Games with Gold" program would only stop working if your Gold subscription has expired.

They are only accessible to play while your Gold subscription is active.

What happens to my Games with Gold games if I cancel my Xbox Live Gold subscription?

On Xbox One, you’ll no longer be able to access your Games with Gold titles if you cancel your subscription. However, if you decide to renew your subscription at any time, you’ll be able to access and play your previously redeemed Games with Gold
titles again.

On Xbox 360, any Games with Gold titles that you redeem as an Xbox Live Gold member are yours to keep, regardless of whether you continue your subscription.

That should of mention from games for gold is that makes sense to you. I never knew about it until after I saw this
