I keep receiving a error code of 80190128 on my xbox360 in regards to downloading one month of free gold. i already tried clearing my cache and downloading my profile, nothing seems to work.... i need help in correcting this

Solutions

To resolve this problem, try the following solutions.

Solution 1: Clear the system cache

To clear the system cache, follow these steps:

Press the Guide button on your controller.

Go to settings, and select System Settings.

Select Storage or Memory.

Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)

Select Clear System Cache.

When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

Restart your console.

Solution 2: Redownload your profile

Here's how:

Press the Guide button on your controller.

Select Download Profile.

Note Not seeing Download Profile? Press X to sign out of your profile.

At the bottom of the Download Profile screen, select Download Profile.

Enter the Microsoft account email address and password associated with your Xbox Live profile. If you don't know your Microsoft account credentials, use the Lost
Account Solution or the Lost Password Solution.

Note If your account is an Xbox Live child account, the parent's Microsoft account information is required to download the profile.

If you use external storage on your console, select the storage device to which you want to save the profile. If you don't use external storage, your profile will immediately begin downloading.

If you keep experiencing the problem, contact Xbox Support.

There's a Games with Gold promotion, but currently the games being offered for free to Gold subscribers are SSX (Xbox 360) and Worms: Battlegrounds (Xbox One).

I'm assuming you're refering to this raptr promotion
raptr.com/.../xbox-live-free-gold-subscription. This promotion only works if you currently have an Xbox silver account, if you're currently a gold member the promotion code won't work.
