    The monthly free Gold game for July 16, 2018 is not free even though it says it is. It is splinter cell: conviction.

    Free Game Gold not Free??

    i have had this issue from the 1st day this game came on games for gold and this has happed a few times with games for gold

    I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles. As already suggested, try calling customer support at

    1-800-4my-xbox

    In the future, if at all possible, try downloading the free gold games before the day they are set to expire to avoid this issue just in case. Here is a link to explain eligibility.

    I've noticed this myself. More than likely it's a glitch that will get fixed at some point today. Please be patient. Free gold games not free? :)

    Yeah, I'm seeing the same thing here. I'm sure they'll sort it out soon. Its a great game, can't wait to replay it.

    Hi there,

    in order to download Games with Gold for free, you will need a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription, any free trials will not count as Gold to allow purchasing those Games with Gold games for free
