Free Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3 code with purchase of Gears of War 4

I Purchased Gears of War 4 on the 12/10/2016 and it came with the Xbox 360 Gears of War Collection.

However, the codes for Gears of War and Gears of War 3 won't redeem as I get a message saying:

"Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. The error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try to redeem your code later."

Cant redeem all the codes of Gears of War 4

Cannot redeem code of Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3

I got the Gears of War 4 with 4 codes for the titles

Gears of War

Gears of War 2

Gears of War 3

Gears of War Judgment

i managed to redeem only Gears of War 2 and Gears of War Judgment. Why?Cannot redeem code of Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3

I got the 4 codes for the Gears of War collection that came free from purchasing Xbox One S 1TB Gears of War 4. But Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3 codes are not working.

 

I had the same problem, redeemed the codes off of xbox.com and it worked. Hope this helps.

Yes they both match. Got my region set to Australia which is where I live.

 

My friend tried using the code on his account and still didn't work. My local store said Microsoft can give me a new code.

 

I have the same problem, was sent by Xbox support here (!!) to get my codes replaced and nothing happened.

Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

Same errors, I checked my region and now no help anymore...

 

Xbox have now told me that it's being looked at and to just wait a few days and see if anything changes. Fingers crossed.

When you say you have your region set to Australia, do you mean your Xbox One console's region or your Xbox Live account's region? They are two separate things and it is highly recommended that both match to ensure the smoothest Xbox Live experience possible.
Double check the guide I linked above and give the steps a shot anyways to be absolutely sure everything's good.
