Free Games With Gold not downloading properly......

I have a few games that no matter what I do they will not fully download and/or show up in my library.

Dead Island

Deadlight

Hitman Absolution

Civ Revolution

I downloaded and played dust today and other free games but those games will not work. When I go to my storge they are there with the yellow "error" sign. I delete them and try to redownload them. I have cleared my cache. I have done everything. Any
help or suggestions?

Dead Space is demanding EA access after telling me it's free on Games With Gold

So as the title says I am having issues downloading dead space. I go to the Games With Gold menu to download the game and it says "free with gold" but when I click on the button it changes and says "free with EA access" and demands that u get a subscription
to EA access if I want to download the game. I want to download it with games with gold not EA access! Is there a way too make my Xone do this properly or am I just not going to get the game this month?

Why in the world do I need a credit card to download a free game with gold from this website?! When I first joined Xbox it was not like this. This needs to be changed so that if you have gold and you want to download one of the free monthly games, you will
be allowed to do so without using a credit card. A majority of people who play xbox are 15 or younger. Not all those people have credit cards, they but the prepaid-codes from Walmart in order to get live. This needs to be changed immediately.

 

does your account region and actual region actually match?

if not that maybe why

Full Game - Dust: An Elysian Tail™ as it´s not for my region - Can somebody tell my why this game should not be available for my region, instead of this one I have available some game worth 3 $. Microsoft should do something with this as this is not normal
behaviour to their customers.

 

I have never had a problem downloading the free games twice a month. When Hitman Absolution came out I had to redownload and redownload and redownload, never once did it work. When I played the game it always says that the download was corrupted. Then I
discovered Games with Gold, and was able to download two games from there, and still have a laundry list of other games I am trying to download. Right now I have been trying to download Dust: An Elysian Tail, but just like the others it cuts out around 90%
and says the download is complete. When I play the game this time it doesn't even say it's corrupted just puts me back in My Games. I cannot figure out this problem. Here's what I know:

-Internet speed is above recommended (I've downloaded lots of games previous to this problem, I doubt it's the connection. I've tried plugging directly into the router. I've also tried at a friends house that has faster internet speeds)

-It's not my region I am in the US

-I have a 4g xbox 360 slim (not old, I bought it in January) but I download to my 250 g hard drive which has more than half the space

-I have cleared the cache on everything even the marketplace data and restarted tons of times

-I have redownloaded by deleting from hard drive and redownloading from download history

please help!!

 

Hardreset your módem and routerrouter for 5mins

If That doesnt work please make your own thread as everyones situation is different and so are the troubleshooting steps

Now Saints Row the third will not download. It seems as the smaller games can download fine, but when it comes to the larger releases there are issues. I had no issues with Halo 3.

Saints Row will not even start. It hangs on 0% for about 5 minutes then just gives up.

My region is fine and everything else is ok.

There is something going on with my new router that I bought last year. Asus rt-n66u

I had trouble downloading patches for SWTOR a few months ago. I plugged my PC straight to the modem and it worked fine. I never thought anything else about it. Well I have been having trouble with STEAM these past few months. Games would get to 97% and
just stop downloading. I couldn't figure out what was going on. I attempted to download my Xbox live games again yesterday and getting the same error. I connected my PC straight to my modem and downloaded my games with joy.

I then connected my Xbox 360 straight to my modem............................ downloaded with no problems (thankfully I have no GB limits as I must've downloaded 100GB yesterday).

I'm am going to have to figure out what is going on with this router or just buy a new one. I love all of the features it has, but not being able to download things is a big hassle.
