free games with gold issues

hi so i dont really know what category to put this under but if someone can direct me or help me that would be great. I will try to explain it the best I can without confusing ppl..... so every month Xbox has the free games with gold like 2 titles each
month completly free with Xbox gold.. well anytime there is a new title even if it is a crappy game I download it cause why the hell not it's free right?? that's what I thought but now majority of the games I have Downloaded are now saying I have to purchase
it.. some games are ok and say I own the product but majority of the games are saying I can install and purchase to own in a specific time frame. for example evolve was free and I downloaded it and got all the add ons it came with.... well now it's saying
I have to purchase it like I don't own it... and even for the games on sale each month below the free games like the month titanfall and the crew were on sale. I bought the digital copy of the games cause they were below 10 bucks. well now even for the ones
I have bought it's saying I have to purchase them. I have confirmation emails for all the games purchased and downloaded.

Issuses with free game with gold

So im having an issue with downloading Rainbow Six vegas for free since its the free game, whenever i download it it tells me " Were sorry something went wrong it either isnt avalible in my region or the file is corrupted or we dont recognize the format"
then pop up with the error code 80150017 i searched the code and it said a media related issue for the media player? Now i live in Canada on the East Coast so if this game isnt avalible for my region whats the compensation game? or is there a way to fix this

If your account is set for a different region then where you live and you can't change it due to security settings, give support a call and they can change it for you.

Hi!

Be sure to use the same account used for making purchases. If it's the same, try deleting the account from the console and re-download it again.
