    Hi guys I recently bought a used Xbox one that was had nothing on it like it was brand new. When I got everything set up and my Microsoft account logged in i had a bunch of digital games that I could download for free that I did not purchase. Games like
    GTA5, mine craft, devil may cry and many more that I could just download for free? I'm just wondering how this works and if I can keep these games. ThanksFree games that I didn't purchase on used Xbox one. :)

    I just got an Xbox One last night for Christmas, and I have Call of Duty Advanced Warfare purchased for Xbox 360. I signed into the same microsoft account on my Xbox One that I used to purchase AW. I thought that if you purchase CODAW on older gen consoles
    then you could get a free digital copy? So how come it says purchase CODAW in the Xbox Store on my Xbox One?

    50000 rewards points for purchase of xbox one s

    I received an email about getting 50000 rewards points, a free game and free expedited shipping if I used a special code. The email never stated that I had to be logged in to my rewards account to make the purchase. I read the email over and over trying
    to figure it out. I directed me to sign up for rewards program to get started but I was already a member. I went to the Microsoft store and selected the items I wanted to purchase hoping I would get more information at checkout. I looked for the special code
    for expedited shipping and didn't see it. I made the purchase for a xbox one s got the free game that came with it, but not the free game from the rewards program and I didn't get free shipping. I attempted to call support, I attempted to login to my rewards
    at which point I found out that the special code was there and that I should have made the purchase from inside my account using the link provided. Now that I have made the purchase how can I collect the 50000 rewards points and the free game.

    The previous owner left their account logged in and didnt remove the games. If possible, contact the previous owner and let him know. It's the nice thing to do.

    The console is still set as the Home console for the previous owner. Once he sets another console as his Home or you set it as your Home console you should no longer have that option as the rights will revert tho the proper owner.

    I didn't use the full potential of the Xbox 360....Didn't play all the games,didn't use all the apps and features,didn't watch movies and didn't listen musics....But did enjoy every minutes using it... I did bought the Xbox one to use it the same way....And
    i'm please to know that the Xbox one can do more even if i'm not using everything.....

    PS: The free games with gold will come on Xbox one.
