i have been playing gems of war on xbox one

it is a free game that is supposed to give me reward points

i have been playing it for weeks now and no points

any one tell me why please

Damn, I remember that game, played it on the Amiga too. Hope this comes free on games for gold at some point.

ms points , purchased with cash/card and free ms points

1) ok so a while ago i bought some ms points and they are happily sitting on my console waiting to get used , i also bought a game and got some ms points free , now i know free ms points expire after a while ( it happened before) , but i heard that purchased
points expire . is that true ???

2)also if anyone can help advise , i want to get a game from marketplace using ms points , my question is which points will get used first ? the free ones or the ones i purchased ( the game i am gonna buy is more points than either set holds ) EXAMPLE :
purchased points =1200 . free points =1200 . game =1600

According to the current promotion which started on May 1st, you are not rewarded with points for playing that game, you are rewarded with sweepstakes entries to earn prizes.

Almost all promotional codes have a time limit to be redeemed, and promotional points expire within a year of being redeemed.

I'm sorry to say, you may be out of luck on this one. If you haven't done it already, you could sign up for Xbox Rewards or Bing Rewards.

Is there an expiry time? or is it because I changed the email address linked to my account?
