Free Games included with Xbox One S

Hi!

I have a second Xbox for my home that I just purchased. This one is an S.

The box states it comes with Minecraft, Fortnite and Sea of Thieves. I didn't seem a redemption code list for the games. When I go to the store it's like anything else where it will ask me to purchase the game.

I may be missing something simple.

Is there any direction someone could provide on how to download the games for free?

There should be a card or multiple cards in the box the console came in with codes. Make sure you check every flap of the box.

Hope you will find them. Usually they should be in the same spot like the promo codes for Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass.

as already said the codes should be on cards inside the box, you may need to take out packaging my codes were under the foam that holds your xbox in place during transit, if they are not there i would go to the store where you purchased it from.

The current free game promotion is for purchasing an Xbox One, not One S. Any free games with the One S would be the games included in the bundles. Depending on the store you're purchasing from, you would get the option to choose your game during purchase

Also, since the promotion is taken care of by the retailers, that is why Xbox support does not handle the promotion.
