Max: The Curse of Brotherhood is suppose to be free TODAY starting June 1st, 2014 as mentioned by Major Nelson.

Yet in Xbox Store, you must still pay $14.99 to download the game.

If you have 2 Xbox One's then you can share Gold and also share games that are purchased Digitally as Greasy mentions above.

You buy Gold & Games on one of the Gamertags and then you load that Gamertag onto the other console and set it as Home Console and it will share the games and gold to that console.

If you did not want to use that option and still need 2 Gold Accounts then check out CDkeys as you can get 12 months of Gold for about £25 each and also you can get a 5% Discount liking their Facebook page. You could get 2 12 months subs for under £50

Yes,if it's in the deals with gold you can still play that game without gold.

You still have to pay for games in the deals with gold section,they are just on offer at a lower price.

It's only the xbox one games with gold you need a gold sub for in order to play them.

 

There's no official start date for the Games with Gold offer on the One. It will start when the June update rolls out.

 

As Major Nelson says "We will announce specific dates that these games will be available soon."

It appears the game is now free to download. I've got it downloading as I type this.

 

It shows the game as free for me, but it will NOT start downloading. What do I do?

 

Are you certain it's not in the Queue under My Games & Apps once you have pressed "Get it FREE" followed by the confirmation that you want to download it?

If it's not there, make a new thread as you're having a separate issue to the original poster in this thread. This makes it easier for us to help everyone.

 

It's called "Games WITH Gold." If you do not have an active Gold Membership, you will not be able to take advantage of this program.

Although the Games With Gold has launched, next time read through what Major Nelson actually said. Not once did he mention anything for June 1. In fact, he mentions dates will be released soon.

I bought an xbox one just yesterday and the box says that it comes with a free full game download of forza motorsport 5 but when i go to the store it asks me to pay $59.99 how can i download it for free

 

There should have been a little Forza 5 card in the box. On the back of the card is a code that you enter.
