Free game with gold Sleeping Dogs doesn't start on my console.

I have downloaded this game several times to try to play this game but it just gives me an error . all troubleshooting steps do not work. A customer rep said that they do not see a license for the game. Please fix this. uninstalling and reinstalling does
NOT fix this nor does a reset.

Xbox live Games with Gold games twice

So, recently my Xbox got the rrod :/ and I missed out on the Sleeping Dogs free download with Gold. I was wondering, if live will release it again at some point for free ?

Just Cause 2 possibly the free game for the 1st January

It's not going to be Just Cause 2. The Games for Gold games are Sleeping Dogs and Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light.

Sleeping Dogs is on the Xbox 360 and free for Xbox LIVE Gold members from January 1, 2014 to January 15, 2014.

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light (Xbox LIVE Arcade) is on the Xbox 360 and free for Xbox LIVE Gold members from January
15, 2014 to January 31, 2014.

I didn't say it was ok. I said the price doesn't matter when you can get a lot of it for free. I got the full Sleeping Dogs games and a few add-ons on MS. No money out of my pocket.

I'd say doubtful. They'd more likely move forward with other titles from the library of games since people who participated in Games with Gold from the start already have Sleeping Dogs.
