    I bought a pc and i found out i can get a free game pass. When i try to clame it, it turns to a black screen and then i go back to the homescreen and i don't get the game pass. Can you help me with this ?

    IF you're referring to the free trial through Game Pass perks, you need Game Pass Ultimate.
