    Free Game not showing up


    I was told that I have a free copy of FORZA MOSTORSPORT 7 once i purchase my desktop, but it does not show up in my library.

    MS support team sends me here. I hope I can get my answers now.

    why isnt splintercell for free with games with gold

    I imagine 3 years later this problem was resolved lol. But im having the issue now. How did you fix it?

    here,     you will want to send a private message to one of their support members, Alienware-Eimy with the following information:

    - Alienware Service Tag

    - Full name

    - Telephone number

    - Store App Version

    - Impacted Microsoft Account

    - Case number with Microsoft (if you contacted them)
