Good morning, I'm trying to get the game: Child of Eden that is free on Xbox GOLD but the operation is not working, I'm already trying 1h to catch it and n will, can you help me with this?

You can try contacting support to see if they can cancel the preorder and then you can prepurchase them from the website, but otherwise you will have to wait for them to take the money closer to the release dates since that is part of the new system. 1-800-4my-xbox

Game purchased for free?

i have recently brought fifa 17 and titanfall 2 but no microsoft points been used, and yes i did check i was paying with right method. I am on the preview app so is this a new system where it dnt take money till day of release. it has installed games already
so would prefer money to come out right away.

If you have a child account you will be unable to get this 360 title unless you get it on a 360 console.

If you are on an adult account the issue could be the payment method. While it is free with gold, you still need a payment method on file to get the game.

he just needs the base game, he bought dlc which is added content, either the main game has left gamepass or your sub has expired, he still owns the dlc but not the base game.

Hi, the game was playable via Gamepass, but is no longer in the subscription. It must be purchased normally in the store.

I just checked and it appears this game is no longer offered through Game Pass. Games are periodically added and removed from Game Pass. So unfortunately, they aren't yours to play forever. It's similar to how shows and movies are added and removed from
Netflix. Since the game is no longer available on Game Pass, the game will have to be purchased to play any DLC. That's just the nature of it. Sorry you've had trouble!
