Free Game! - for those of us who bought a console that didn't include a game!

Does it seem right that less than a year ago the xbox one cost $500 and included zero games, and now it is $350 with one or two games?

I would like to request that microsoft give out a free game download to those of us who bought the xbox one over the past year and didn't receive any games with it. And I'm not talking those games with gold arcade titles either.

I am a huge xbox nerd. And currently own two xbox ones (one is in my basement). One of them is the Day one edition.

I bought my systems for $500 and $400. Both did not come with any games. Now comes word that they will be on sale for $350 including games such as sunset overdrive, or TWO assassins creed titles.

How is this fair to the rest of us that already own the system which is less than a year old?

How is it fair that those of us in the preview program help to shape a better xbox experience over the past year and to not be rewarded for it?

I understand there is games with gold, but lets be real, those aren't the best games. I don't want to play crimson dragon, it's not very good.



I hope I have gotten my point across and if you agree with me please forward this on or reply. Or if someone can organize a petition that might get microsofts attention.



In the end I just want to say that I love my xbox and the changes that have occured to it over the past year. It's an amazing console. Thanks microsoft.

Titanfall free for new Xbox one owners. Where is the love for day one console owners?

So the new Titanfall Xbox One bundle will include a digital download of the game for free. This seems like a slap in the face to those of us who bought the console on day one. The first Triple A title for the new console is free for those who buy the console
now. I realize its a marketing campaign to sell more consoles but does absolutely nothing for loyal Xbox One owners who preordered the console and got it day one. I would rather have a game than a controller that says day one edition. Very disappointing.

 

Onslaught dlc for cod ghost

I bought game back in nov after one came with 10 dollar deal now it includes it those of us that will we get Onslaught dlc for free

 

Yeah how do you think i feel when i had the xbox sunset bundle preordered since the 1st, my xbox ship on the 27th and then hours later they announced the 50 dollars off deal for the SAME bundle.

Now, imagine all those people that ordered this bundle getting *** over because deal came out hours later when the console ships on the 27th because it comes out on the 28 and its guaranteed day one shipping.

I feel like i should get a $50 gift card or refund. I also bought a xbox one when they first came out for over 530 dollars and no games. So i feel your pain but lets get really microsoft doesnt care or at least they havent shown to care yet.

I got Forza 5 with my Day 1 addition so I'm not complaining. You have to remember we've been playing it for nearly a year before the people buying it now. I'd rather be in that boat. I feel good knowing that I got to watch the console grow every step of
the way.

RipShaDe 41 on the other hand has a genuine gripe to be honest.

 

I got 2 free games with my xbox day one edition most people got fifa 14 or forza 5 bundles

 

I'm afraid that the downside of being an early adapter is that you pay the highest price when buying a new product and it's 'normal' that a price can be lower(ed) when there are special events and will continue to go down after time passes.

 

I was one of the "unlucky few" who bought the console at its full $500 price tag without any free game associated with it and do you know what I got since then? A full year of absolute fun AND 20 free games! That's something that other people who are just
now buying won't EVER be able to get!

The phone I bought 2 years ago for $400 can be purchased for $200.

The TV I bought 2 years ago for $1500 can be purchased for $750 now.

so we had the XB1 since launch.... we had GWG for 5 months... we got 7 free games... We had EA access for 2 months... what about these new people just buying the console... do they not deserve something better
