    It does not work well

    It does not work I have always problems with the store does not make me see the cost of xbox 360 games xbox one so I can not download them, even the games of game with gold. I purchased gears of war 4 and I can not download the codes of the games of the
    gears of war xbox 360 series for xbox one

    Why does it only let me play campaign

    I resentlly bought call of duty advanced warfare and it keeps saying "the required content has been added to your active downloads. This content is free and is required to play multiplaye. This message will be dismissed when the download is complet." But
    when I go in to active downloads nothing is there what should I do?

    The exchange was supposed to be for a new day one edition package just like I preordered and purchased. Instead you just sent a replacement console that is also broken... A different issue though, this one keeps freezing up. Game codes did not show up.
    You did send 30 days of live though? I appreciate that but my account will show I already purchased 2 years of day one edition 12 mos live. I'm happy to send the 30 days back if we can just get the system working and the codes I was already promised sent
    out. Waiting on support to call me back again.

    Also Ice Storm, I believe you've quoted my earlier post out of context. When I stated, "That's a bit shady," I was speaking of their endowment of free games for my troubles. Games that are already free to download. I was not referencing to the practice of
    the advance exchange. Now that is also shady.

    Customers with disc drive issues who send their console in for standard exchange repair are not eligible for the free game download, only those who choose the Advanced Exchange. This is so that they can "keep playing" despite having the disc drive issue.
    What would it fix if Microsoft gave you a free game download while your controller won't connect? Nothing, that's why they don't do it.
