    Hello Xbox Ambassadors,

    I have just bought an XBOX One bundeld with Kinect and 3 free games: Sport Rivals, Zoo Tycoon and Dance Central.

    It was very dissapointing for me when i saw that neither of the game codes i found in the box worked - i got a message that they were already used for each of them. I was able to use the 14 day XBOX Gold trial code though. Xbox support has redirected me
    here.

    The Xbox was not advertised as used or resealed and i paid full price for it. I got the initial set-up message for the console when i first started it. There is no place for reconciliation with the store i bought it from as they will not accept the return
    stating their policy is not to accept such items if the game codes have been used. I wonder how the game codes in my box got used...but i sincerly hope this is just an error. If needed i can provide proof of when i bought the console. This is my first account
    with Xbox Live and was used to set up the console.

    Fallout 4 pre-order included Fallout 3 backward compatibility. Download code provided doesn't work

    My code for Fallout 3 has already been redeemed as well. I contacted support via live chat and they redirected me here after checking on several things.

    My code expired and can't be redeemed. Xbox chat support has redirected me here and said i would get a replacement code. Have been redirected here twice now. my case number i was told to share is

    Hey Viad

    I sorry you have this issue. Codes are only activated at the point of sale so no one can use the code before you.

    Have you check your My games via xbox one to see if the code did link. You can do this by signing into xbox.com click my xbox then my games. If they show there then they have linked to your account and you should be able to install them. If they don't show
    try redeeming the code online via xbox.com

    Hello!

    Thank you for pointing it out, but unfortunately the message in "My Xbox Games" is "No items to display."

    It is very frustrating as they had the Kinect Bundle with no games for a lower price but i got this trying to save some money.

    If you have the possibility to check this issue i can send you the S/N of my console and the codes.

    Unfortunately support in this forum cannot assist with physical bundles. You would have to continue working with the retailer you purchased it from.

    I have just came back from the shop i bought the Xbox from.

    They are saying that they do not have any proof that the games were not activated by me, and thus they cannot accept a return or compensate me.

    This is very upsetting for me as i already paid extra for the "free games" bundle and now i have to pay one more time for the games i was supposed to get in the first place.

    Is there any other place that i can raise this issue?

    Sorry to hear about that, vlad1m.

    I recommend reaching back out to
    support
    and having them confirm that you did not redeem the codes on your Xbox Live account. Save a copy of that chat and return to the retailer you purchased your Xbox One console from. That will be the best course of action for you in this instance as
    we are unable to assist.

    Solved nothing.

    It's my very first console and this has left a very bitter taste for me. It's now clear that Microsoft does not do anything to protect it's customers.

    Anyone can just go in stores,buy XBOX-es and then return them only to take profit of the games they are bundled with and probably sell them for profit.

    Then naive people like me will pay extra only to save a little bit of money, but actually they are loosing more because they are getting nothing in exchange.

    Thank you for nothing, Microsoft !
