    Free Full game download code hasn't worked


    after I entered my code the screen went white and my information I had entered disappeared. I again entered my code and when I pressed enter to go to the next screen it said the code had already been used. Got one very upset little boy with an Xbox he can't
    use. can anybody please help?

    Having trouble also but not with an error. It says the free code worked but it wants 4.99 plus tax to download. Thought it was a FREE FULL DOWNLOAD!?

    the code for terminal hasnt worked for infinite warfare, it says some thing happend at our end, but

    Free Full game download code hasn't worked

    Hey ChargedPine8840 -

    If you redeemed a code, you should be able to find the game in your "Ready to Install" section. Start from your Xbox One dashboard:

    • Navigate to "My Games and Apps" on the right
    • Scroll down to "Ready to Install"
    If the code was redeemed properly, that is where the game will be and you should be able to select it and install it form there.

    Games with Gold is extremely underwhelming lately...

    I don't want free games. I want games that I love so much, I'm willing to pay full price. That hasn't happened in a long time. Think about it. How many free games have you finished after downloading them?

    Defense Grid Awakening not free

    This is a known issue they are working on. Best fix I've seen was to download the free trial and then you will be ready to activate the full game once the free download is working.

    Problem with code redemption

    If it was for the full game and it hasn't been downloaded yet then check your Active Downloads. Press the Guide button on the controller and scroll left then select Active Downloads.

    If it was not for the full game then please let us know what it was for.
