Free for gold for xbox one???

When are we gonna see this service for x1 seems it would be a important thing to get rolling out to compete with sony

in order to download Games with Gold for free, you will need a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription, any free trials will not count as Gold to allow purchasing those Games with Gold games for free

I don't think anyone is paying for Gold xbox Live for the free games for gold, just like the various apps and entertainment features, the free games are just a bonus.

You pay for gold to play on xbox live, currently downloading Tomb Raider for free is just a nice extra.

 

most likely at E3, the indie titles are going to start rolling out making it possible.

 

if microsoft want to demolish sony. than they would do this at e3.

 

Yeah, Microsoft should put some free garbage like Sony does, just so they can say they did. Like Sony does.

If I remember correctly ( just like others have said here ) there was an article on OXM in the last month where Microsoft said there would be further announcements at E3 regarding Games for Gold.

 

I'd rather have more uses for my Xbox One Avatar and my Avatar Rewards back than the G4G Program. lol

I like how people will say give us Free stuff then when MS does people are like that games a year old. LOL MS cant win.

 

@ Ztrooper don't you mean more then a year old games ? Most likely 4 years old that's games for gold. Could be wrong with the last free game for gold though as not been on Live much recently.

 

Sleeping Dogs was 2012 but also an excellent choice which PS3 DIDN'T get. That's all I need, Microsoft.

In all seriosness, G4G is due 2014 and I suspect Ryse, Powerstar Golf, Peggle 2, Crimson Dragon and that lot will show up first. Dear God MS, DO NOT GWG THE FIGHTER WITHIN. XBOX WILL NEVER LIVE IT DOWN.

 

@WILD so were like AC2 but they were great games. They could give any year old games as long as there good. Also its free. So im not going to complain.

 

Virtual duck, As a subscriber to Psn+ for years I can easily say that sleeping dogs's, though brilliant does not even come close.

Fighter within , I see your point here, Ryse would be good even if it is only is a tech demo. I'd like to see Trials on GFG and PSn+
