Free fallout 3 with purchase of 4 email deleted

Hi, I have contacted Xbox and it has been verified that my Son did in fact purchase Fallout 4 on December 20,2015. He went to download his free Fallout 3 with the purchase of Fallout 4 and his email is completely gone. I was told to post here about it
with his gamertag, but he is only 11 and he is too young to post on the forums. I recontacted Xbox and was told to post under my gamertag and explain the situation. I am also supposed to include his gamertag in this post. His gamertag is as follows:
