    Hi - When I purchased fallout 4 I was sent an Xbox message for a free fallout 3 download. Unfortunately I did not realize that the messages auto delete. could you retrieve the previously issued (and as yet unredeemed) code?

    I preordered Fallout 4 because I could get a copy of Fallout 3 free. Fallout 4 download has appeared on my Xbox but there is no download for Fallout 3? What do I need to do?

    Where did you purchase Fallout 4? If you purchased from the Xbox Store, please send me a private message with a link to a screenshot of the purchase from the Microsoft Commerce page.
    You can use OneDrive or any other popular image hosting website to send that screenshot!

    If you purchased a specially marked disc version of Fallout 4, the Fallout 3 code is provided inside the game case.
