Did you purchase the game digitally or did you purchase a physical copy of the game? If it was purchased digitally did you possibly purchase it on a different account or purchase a pre-paid code from a different retailer?

 

Hi! I purchased it digitally on this account (). I don't have any messages for receiving a fallout 3 code. I do however, have multiple codes for Gears of War content.

 

Where did you purchase Fallout 4? If you purchased from the Xbox Store, please send me a private message with a link to a screenshot of the purchase from the Microsoft Commerce page.
