Free Fallout 3 code with hard copy purchase of Fallout 4

Hi I purchased a copy of fallout 4 as part of an xbox one fallout bundlle from a gaming store, and tried to redeem the code that came with it. It says that its a fallout 3 code but then has an error and cant redeem it.

I have been through the error help channels and they were unable to help me. Surely redeeming a code is a simple thing to be able to offer people.

code for Fallout 3 from Fallout 4 bundle not received

Hi, I purchased the Fallout 4 Digital Deluxe Bundle, btu didn't see teh code for my copy of Fallout 3.

Could it be resent?

Issue: Other, purchased a copy of Fallout 4 advertised in a bundle pack with Fallout 3 on the Xbox Store however have not recieved a code and cannot download a copy to my XBone.

That particular error code generally refers to a region area. Please be sure the region of your account is tied to the region you're physically located in. Check out
this thread over here for details on how to correct your account region. ignore the portion about eligible regions.

I tried as above and changed my region to NZ. It says congrats its done. tried to redeem code again and got the following error message.

I have tried the chat support before coming here but they said this was the place to ask the "experts" here and not on there.

Apologies for any confusion, with redemption issues like this the issue generally lands on account or billing issues. If you sign in over on commerce.microsoft.com please verify your billing and payment information is correct and up to date. When you get
a chance, try redeeming your code here on Xbox.com by clicking your Gamertag at the top right of the page and select Redeem a code.

If that doesn't help reaching back out to Phone/Chat support will be your best option due to this being a public forum.
