Each of the codes are universal codes, not locked to certain regions. Could you post back the error code you get when you try to redeem Fallout 3? That will help us narrow down the cause of the issue!

 

Hi! So i could post is yes but im to lazy.. So ill tell you this! I have talked to support and given them the code and they all say the same thing: it's reigon locked. But Yeah check it yourself:
