“Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4”

I pre-ordered Fallout 4 on September 26, 2015. I pre ordered from the xbox store and did indeed receive my code for Fallout 3 in about a week. I did not use the code at this time as I was busy binging on Assassins Creed. Unfortunately after the Windows 10
update to my console I lost all of my messages in the message center. They were removed from the website as well. My gamer tag is and I'm not asking for a new code or anything like that. Just the original code that was sent, to be resent to my
message center or my email. Please respond with any additional information you require.
