    Date of purchase:Nov 16,2015

    I get error code "Your region or country does not support this download" when I try to redeem my Fallout 3 code.

    Im stationed in Germany (US Army) so my xbox is on german internet even though my account is American. when I called support they told me I just would not be able to doenload it till I get back to the states which is over a year, so by now my code has expired
    and I no longer have the message.

    HELP PLEASE! THNX!!

    Hey, Chimp! While support is generally right in this case, you should also be able to redeem that token through the website. Have you tried that already?

    Additionally, if you are using internet on base, that should be set up to have a VPN so it appears you are accessing the internet from the US. If you are running into issues redeeming it on the website, I suggest trying to redeem it online while on base.

    If your code expires before you are able to resolve this, you can always post back here to let us know. We should be able to provide it for you via private message.

    Hi!! As im now currently deployed I am for now not near my xobx but I could try redeeming it online! the code (which I would say is expired by now) I no longer have as well as the message.

    When I put in the Fallout 3 code Fallout 3 was not credited to my account

    I purchased Fallout 4 in an Xbox One Bundle from the Microsoft store

    I have contacted customer service several times about this issue and my reference number is

    The code was apparently used by be on 12/15/2015, but when the Microsoft Tech team reviewed my account they saw that my account was not credited with the download of Fallout 3. Therefore, I am requesting a new Fallout 3 code.
