Issue: I have not received my Fallout 3 code after 10 calendar days.

Bought the Fallout 4 bundle for Xbox one on 15.11.15 but never received my code for Fallout 3, as I understand it I should of got the code no later than 10 days after purchase...and well its been a while.

I've spoken to support and they said to post on here. I also noticed I have until 09.02.16 to redeem it but support said not to worry and id still get it but id really like to be sure of that.
